Planet Earth and Nature

Planet Earth without any forms of life would be a stark, barren place.

Nature, as I use the word, refers to all the life forms on the planet, the natural environments in which they live and the natural laws which dictate how these living entities interact with each other as well as with the natural and physical worlds.

The difference with planet Earth and the rest of the solar system is that there are living plants, animals, birds and insects on planet Earth. Life is not known to exist on the other planets in our solar system.
